Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stock Dealer to execute equity trades on behalf of clients and the firm, monitor market conditions, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a good understanding of capital markets, and the ability to respond quickly in fast-paced trading environments. Key Responsibilities: Execute buy/sell orders for stocks and other securities as per client or portfolio manager instructions. Monitor stock market trends, analyze trading patterns, and provide timely updates to the investment or advisory teams. Manage trade settlements and maintain records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure trades are conducted within the limits of risk and compliance guidelines. Maintain relationships with brokers, exchanges, and institutional clients. Assist in preparing trade reports, P&L statements, and daily MIS. Use trading platforms (e.g., NSE NOW, BSE BOLT, ODIN) efficiently and ensure real-time execution. Stay updated on financial news, market developments, and economic data that impact equity markets.
